1.        What are the scheduled trash days for the Borough of Millbourne?

Millbourne Borough’s trash collection day during the winter months is
Wednesday.  During the summer months trash collection is on Tuesday and   
Fridays.  Millbourne Borough offers bulk collection every third Wednesday.
At the present time Millbourne Borough does not offer a community run recycling
program.

2.        What are the Millbourne Borough office hours?

The Millbourne Borough office is open Monday thru Friday between the hours of
8:30am until 3:30pm.  If you need to contact the Millbourne Borough office after

3.        What are the parking requirements in the Borough of Millbourne?

Due to the limited available parking within the Borough of Millbourne, residents are
required to purchase a yearly parking permit, at a fee of $20.00 per calendar year.  In
order to purchase a parking permit the resident must show proof of residency.  
Millbourne Borough offers 24 hours a day seven days a week meter parking for
visitors to the Borough.

4.        I received a parking ticket.  Where can I pay it?

Millbourne Borough issues green parking tickets.  They can be paid at the borough
office Mon. thru Fri. from 8:30am to 3:30pm.  Payment can also be placed in the
envelope and dropped off in the slot located on the side of borough hall.

5.        Where and when can I pay my Millbourne Borough Taxes?

The Millbourne Borough Tax collector accepts payment on Tuesday evenings
between the hours of 5:00pm until 7:00pm; payments will be received during these
hours at 6425 Market Street, Millbourne, PA.  Payments may also be mailed to this
address.

6.        When is a building permit required?

Permits are required for the following; renovation, addition, and demolition.
When you are installing new plumbing or when moving/redirecting pipes,           
Installation of new heating systems, water heaters and new electrical service

9.        When and who needs a fire inspection?

Fire inspections are required by all commercial properties in the borough.  They
are performed on an annual schedule.  In January notices are sent out to all
business owners. You may contact the fire marshal’s office at 610-352-9080 and
leave a message for Fire Marshal Rufus Stokes, or Deputy Fire Marshal Tom
Young.

10.        When and who needs rental licenses?

All & any property owners that rent property are required to have a rental
License which requires an inspection from the code department. The inspection’s
Occur on a bi-year basis. Odd number properties on odd years and even number
properties on even years.
