What is Town Watch?
Town Watch is made up of local residents who keep an
eye out for the community and for other neighbors.
Town Watch helps maintain strong lines of
communication between the police department and the
community.  We plan to meet with a representative of
our local Police Department about once a month to talk
about current problems and progress.  We will also
hold Town Watch Walks from time to time.
1st Town Watch Walk
Who can join?
Everyone is welcome.  Town Watch activities are a good way to meet other
neighbors, catch up on local news, and help make our community safer.

What is a Town Watch Walk?
A Town Watch Walk is a group of neighbors walking through Millbourne together.
The police department will give us tips on what to look for and how to call in any
problem we may see.  Town Watch participants help spot problems, but we call the
police to resolve them.

When is the next Town Watch Meeting?
Next meeting and walk to be announced.

Where do Town Watch Meetings take place?
The meetings will be held at the borough hall, 9 Park Ave., Millbourne.

A Few Home Safety Tips:
1.  Think about installing an alarm system for your home.
2.  Never leave a message on your answering machine that says you will be
     away from your home.
3.  Put timers on your lights or motion sensors, interior and exterior.
4.  When you arrive home, make sure you do a check of your windows and
doors for anything that looks suspicious, like ripped or cut screens, a
broken window or door, an open window or door, etc.  Call 9-1-1 if you see
     any of these things.
